Marketing and Events Coordinator

Job Duties

  • Lead various marketing programs including email marketing, social media and on/off site events.

  • Ownership of customer experience on social channels by handling customers questions and issues, finding resolutions and solutions for customers, and connecting

  • Work with owners to design and execute social media marketing plan

  • Oversee implementation of social content/voice, driving both followers and engagement.

  • Drive excitement for on site events.

  • Manage and update events schedule on all platforms

  • Pursue possible event concepts and opportunities.

  • Planning and executing special events at the taproom.

  • Manage Food vendor schedule

  • Attend all off site events (festivals, beer gardens, retail events)

  • Ensure taproom/online menu is updated and correct

  • Playing the role of brand ambassador

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Moniker beer list and be able to describe beer and brewery history to customers

  • Providing high quality media content

  • Minor website maintenance

 

Job Qualifications:

  • Self starter, independent worker, go getter.

  • 1 year or more social media marketing experience

  • Proven photography background

  • Commitment to quality work in all tasks

  • Passion for hospitality and customer service

  • Positive attitude

  • Able to work well in a team environment

  • Ability to lift 75 pounds

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Ability to anticipate and proactively address problems in a fast-paced environment

  • Aspirations to grow with a growing company
